About Me
Hello! I’m Liz Schroder. I’ve been a Registered Nurse since 2010 and an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2016. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to care for many families in the hospital and NICU setting, and now I’m excited to extend that care after they go home. It is truly an honor to be invited into such a special and magical time in someone's life.
One of the things I see all too often during the postpartum period is women putting a lot of pressure on themselves to do it ALL, and to do it without help. I truly believe that we were not meant to navigate this time alone, and women have been helping other women since the beginning of time!
Now more than ever, we are bombarded with picture perfect posts and unrealistic expectations. Real life is not perfect! Finding someone who knows YOUR story and can tailor advice to YOU can help.
